We are open most inset days and occasional days that the school is closed. We are also open for most of the school holidays.

We are open from 7.45am to 9am for our breakfast club and from 9am to 6pm for our holiday club. Inset days, when known, will also be placed here.

May Half Term Playscheme 2010

The Dell will be open during the May Half Term Playscheme as follows: We are closed on Monday 31st May which is a bank holiday.  We are open on tuesday 1st June - Friday 4th June 2010.  We are also open on Monday 7th June which is an inset day for Morgans School.  Back to school Tuesday 8th Junel 2010.

Step 2 - Complete a registration form. 

A separate from needs to be filled out for each child, for every holiday play scheme, even if your child attends during term time.  A completed registration form needs to be completed for each holiday playscheme. In the event of non completion the entire booking will be returned.

As of September 2007 the new registration form is a word document.  This change was made to allow a copy of the form to be saved to your computer and filled in using Microsoft Word.  Completed forms can be stored and re-used or modified each time a registration form is requested.

Step 3 - Return the completed booking and registration forms, together with payment to the address given on the booking form. 

All bookings need to include your cheque made payable to 'The Dell Out of School Club', completed registration form and booking form, sent to the Booking Officer, whose details are on the form.  Those wishing to pay using vouchers should contact the booking's officer.

Holiday club admissions policy

Morgans' pupils are given a priority booking period. However, non Morgans children should send their forms in as soon as possible and not wait until this deadline has passed.

Your booking will be logged in the day it arrives and processed accordingly after the cut off period.

Please note that our holiday playschemes are extremely popular, so book early to avoid disappointment.

If you require your child to attend the club before 9am please make sure you book them in for the breakfast club, otherwise we can not admit them into the club until 9am due to staff ratios.

Our holiday playscheme includes optional outings. In the past few years we have been ten pin bowling, swimming, to a farm, butterfly park, strawberry picking, Activity World and to a maze, to name but a few.
